How we work
A Florida company, within its lane
HZA Mang LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.
We handle coordination, oversight and reporting. Anything requiring a Florida real estate licence, any legal matter including evictions and notices, and all tax questions go to the appropriately licensed professional you engage. We'll tell you when you've reached that point rather than improvising.

Are you a licensed real estate broker?
No, and we don't perform activities that require a Florida real estate licence. Our work is coordination, maintenance oversight, vendor management and reporting.
Can you handle an eviction?
No. Evictions and legal notices belong with an attorney. We keep the documentation that supports whatever your attorney advises.
What does it cost?
It depends on the property and the scope. Everything is quoted in writing after a free consultation, and nothing is charged before you accept.
Do you use your own trades?
We source and manage trades, checking licences and insurance. Where you already have vendors you like, we work with them.
How often will I hear from you?
A written report every month on a fixed date, plus a call whenever something needs a decision. Not silence.
